Junior Coaching Team
Our junior program is led by Dennis Kwon, with coaching support from Paul Henderson and Josh Bernard. We also work with mental performance coach Bill Nelson to support competitive junior golfers.
Our team collaborates closely, sharing lesson plans and player goals so each junior always has clear direction even if they work with more than one coach.
Competitive Junior Coaching with Dennis
Dennis works with a limited number of competitive junior players to ensure each athlete receives intentional, individualized attention. If you’re looking for full-time coaching and tournament support with Dennis, we begin with a Junior Information Profile to better understand where your junior is in their development.
Please complete the Junior Information Profile form, and we’ll contact you to discuss the best coaching plan and next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should my junior take private lessons?
It depends on each player’s goals, schedule, and current development. We build coaching plans individually, but if your junior has competitive goals, meeting more often helps us build a stronger coaching relationship and track progress over time.
Is it okay for my junior to work with more than one coach?
Yes. Our coaches communicate and plan together so players always receive clear, consistent guidance even if they work with multiple instructors.
Do you offer monthly coaching plans?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss available options and which plan may best fit your junior’s goals and schedule.
Do you offer caddie services for tournaments?
Yes, we offer caddie services for juniors during competition. We recommend using this periodically as a way for coaches to observe players under pressure and help with course strategy and decision-making.
What ages do you work with?
We coach juniors ages 5–18, from beginners to highly competitive tournament players.
