Dennis Kwon
Golf Instructor
- (301) 503-4655
Dennis Kwon is a Maryland native who has been living in central Florida since 2005. After a few years of playing professional golf, injuries led Dennis into coaching at an early age. As a young coach though, Dennis found early success with professional golfers and that inspired a new passion outside of playing the game. As of 2009, Dennis has been a full-time golf instructor and student of the game from a teacher’s perspective. Dennis started seeking out more information and that led him into working and learning from other great instructors and experts. Some of these include Mac O’ Grady, Grant Waite, David Orr, The Golfing Machine, Mike Bender, Dr. Young Hoo Kwon, and many more. Dennis has also dived more into biomechanics and understanding of the human body which led him going back to school as well. In 2018, Dennis graduated from the University of Central Florida with his degree in Sports and Exercise Science-Human Performance. To this day Dennis stays a student of game by shadowing and conversing with other instructors, collaborating with other instructors and making visits to Dr. Kwon’s biomechanic’s lab. Technology is also a big part of Dennis’ teachings and utilizes devices such as Foresight GC Quad and Swingcatalyst. Dennis’ resume of players include PGA, LPGA, Korn Ferry, Canadian/Latino PGA, Asian Tour, DP tour, and mini tour players. As well as many elite collegiate and junior golfers.
